Proper Use of the Facilities<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All users must:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treat coaches and students with respect.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use equipment properly.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow staff instructions.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take proper care of the facilities.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crossfox Academy may suspend access when a user engages in conduct that places other individuals at risk.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>12. Use of Images and Audiovisual Materials<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To document sports activities, promote Crossfox Academy\u2019s programs, and share students\u2019 achievements, photographs and videos may be taken during classes, training sessions, competitions, courses, and events.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By registering a minor for a trial class, the minor\u2019s mother, father, or legal guardian authorizes the use of such images for Crossfox Academy\u2019s informational, educational, and promotional purposes, including, without limitation:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Website<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Social media.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Printed and digital advertising.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Institutional presentations.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promotional materials.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The educational blog.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Images will under no circumstances be used in a manner that violates the dignity, privacy, or integrity of students.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a parent or legal guardian does not wish for a minor\u2019s image to be used, they must notify Crossfox Academy in writing before the activities begin.\n\nCrossfox Academy will make reasonable efforts to respect such a decision. However, it cannot guarantee the complete exclusion of the minor from group photographs taken during public events.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For participants who have reached the age of majority, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes the corresponding authorization, unless the participant expressly states otherwise.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon enrollment, the parent or legal guardian may choose whether to sign the IMAGE USE AUTHORIZATION document provided together with Crossfox Academy\u2019s internal rules and regulations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h4><b>22. Trial Class Rules<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trial classes are intended to allow prospective students to become familiar with Crossfox Academy\u2019s teaching methodology before completing a formal enrollment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trial classes are subject to the following conditions:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limited availability.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schedule availability.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Appropriate age for the assigned group.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prior confirmation by the Academy.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in a trial class does not guarantee a place in the program if the program reaches its maximum capacity.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants must:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arrive on time.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wear appropriate sports clothing.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow the coach\u2019s instructions at all times.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disclose any injury or relevant medical condition before beginning the activity.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crossfox Academy may deny access when it determines that circumstances exist that could compromise the safety of the participant or the group.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>23. Inherent Risks of Sports Activities<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user acknowledges that all physical and sports activities involve risks inherent to their nature, even when performed under professional supervision and in accordance with safety protocols.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Such risks may include, without limitation:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Falls.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impacts.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sprains.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muscle strains.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fractures.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joint injuries.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Injuries resulting from physical exertion.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crossfox Academy has trained coaches, safety protocols, specialized equipment, and preventive measures intended to minimize these risks. However, such risks cannot be completely eliminated.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user or, where applicable, the minor\u2019s mother, father, or legal guardian acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent in participating in disciplines such as:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Artistic gymnastics.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acrobatics.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calisthenics.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Functional training.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other complementary activities offered by the Academy.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user further confirms that the participant is in an appropriate state of health to engage in physical activity or, where applicable, that any relevant medical restriction has been disclosed in a timely manner.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>24. Certificates, Proof of Participation, and Training Programs<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crossfox Academy may offer courses, workshops, seminars, diploma programs, and training programs intended for coaches, athletes, parents, legal guardians, and members of the general public.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon completion of certain programs, Crossfox Academy may issue:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proof of participation.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A diploma<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A certificate of recognition.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An internal certificate of completion or approval.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unless expressly stated otherwise in the corresponding program announcement, such documents:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not constitute an official certification issued by a government authority.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not grant a professional license.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not replace academic degrees or official certifications issued by sports federations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The issuance of certificates or proof of participation will be subject to compliance with the requirements established for each program, which may include:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum attendance.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assessments.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completion and submission of assignments.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full payment of the course fee.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crossfox Academy reserves the right to withhold the corresponding document when the participant does not meet the established requirements.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Crossfox Academy 1.
