By browsing the Site, requesting information, booking a trial class, registering, or purchasing any of our services, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Crossfox Academy may offer the following services:

Sports Academy

  • Classes in the sport or discipline specified in the corresponding promotional materials.
  • Sports training courses as specified in the corresponding promotional materials.
  • Sale of sports and/or educational products.

Courses and Training Programs

These programs may be intended for:

  • Coaches.
  • Parents and legal guardians.
  • Athletes.
  • Members of the general public.

Programs may be delivered:

  • In person.
  • Online.
  • In a hybrid format.

Educational Blog

The blog is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

The information published on the blog:

  • Does not replace medical advice.
  • Does not replace personalized professional advice.
  • May be updated without prior notice.

5. Trial Classes

Trial classes booked through the Site are subject to:

  • Schedule availability.
  • Space availability.
  • The minimum age requirement for the program.
  • Approval by the coach.

Crossfox Academy may modify or cancel a trial class for operational or safety reasons.

6. User Registration

Certain services may require the creation of a user account.

The user is responsible for:

  • Keeping their password secure.
  • Providing accurate and truthful information.
  • Updating their information when necessary.

7. Minors

The Academy’s sports programs are primarily intended for minors.

Therefore:

  • All enrollments must be completed by the minor’s mother, father, or legal guardian.
  • The parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor.

8. Health Conditions

The user declares that:

  • All medical information provided is accurate and truthful.
  • They will disclose any injury or relevant medical condition.
  • They understand that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks.

Crossfox Academy may request a medical certificate whenever it deems it necessary.

9. Enrollment and Payments

Enrollment is subject to:

  • Space availability.
  • Space availability.
  • Payment of the applicable fees.

Acceptance of the Academy’s internal rules and regulations.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Sports Programs and Online Training Programs

A partial refund for an online training program may apply when:

  • More than 60% of the course has been viewed.
  • A full refund for online training programs may apply when:
  • No more than 60% of the course has been viewed, and no materials have been downloaded within the first five days following the purchase of the training program.
  • No refund will be issued for an online training program when:
  • Any course material has been downloaded. 
  • Administrative Procedures

Monthly fees, annual fees, products, courses, and in-person or hybrid services will be governed by Crossfox Academy’s internal rules and regulations.

11. Proper Use of the Facilities

All users must:

  • Treat coaches and students with respect.
  • Use equipment properly.
  • Follow staff instructions.
  • Take proper care of the facilities.

Crossfox Academy may suspend access when a user engages in conduct that places other individuals at risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Site belongs to Crossfox Academy, including:

  • Logos.
  • Trademarks.
  • Photographs.
  • Videos;
  • Manuals.
  • Courses.
  • Articles.
  • Programs.
  • Methodologies.
  • Designs.
  • Downloadable materials.

Reproduction, distribution, or use of such content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

13. Courses and Training Programs

All materials provided as part of a course or training program:

  • Are intended for personal use only.
  • May not be resold.
  • May not be distributed.
  • May not be recorded or shared without authorization.

14. Educational Blog

The articles published on the educational blog provide educational information based on evidence and professional experience.

They do not constitute:

  • A medical diagnosis.
  • Medical treatment.
  • Physiotherapy advice.
  • A personalized exercise prescription.

15. Purchase of Products

  • Product availability is subject to inventory.
  • No refunds will be issued for digital products once the material has been downloaded.
  • Refunds for physical products will only be available when the product does not meet the conditions described in the corresponding promotional materials and accepted by the user at the time of payment. 

16. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Crossfox Academy’s Privacy Notice.

17. Limitation of Liability

Crossfox Academy shall not be held liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.
  • False or inaccurate information provided by the user.
  • Temporary interruptions to the Site.
  • Failures attributable to third parties, including payment gateways, hosting providers, and external service providers.

The Site may contain links to:

  • Research materials.
  • Scientific articles.
  • Social media platforms.
  • Educational platforms.

Crossfox Academy does not control and is not responsible for the content of external websites or platforms.

19. Amendments

Crossfox Academy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The current version will be the version published on the Site.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, unless otherwise provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

21. Use of Images and Audiovisual Materials

To document sports activities, promote Crossfox Academy’s programs, and share students’ achievements, photographs and videos may be taken during classes, training sessions, competitions, courses, and events.

By registering a minor for a trial class, the minor’s mother, father, or legal guardian authorizes the use of such images for Crossfox Academy’s informational, educational, and promotional purposes, including, without limitation:

  • Website
  • Social media.
  • Printed and digital advertising.
  • Institutional presentations.
  • Promotional materials.
  • The educational blog.

Images will under no circumstances be used in a manner that violates the dignity, privacy, or integrity of students.

If a parent or legal guardian does not wish for a minor’s image to be used, they must notify Crossfox Academy in writing before the activities begin. Crossfox Academy will make reasonable efforts to respect such a decision. However, it cannot guarantee the complete exclusion of the minor from group photographs taken during public events.

For participants who have reached the age of majority, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes the corresponding authorization, unless the participant expressly states otherwise.

Upon enrollment, the parent or legal guardian may choose whether to sign the IMAGE USE AUTHORIZATION document provided together with Crossfox Academy’s internal rules and regulations. 

22. Trial Class Rules

Trial classes are intended to allow prospective students to become familiar with Crossfox Academy’s teaching methodology before completing a formal enrollment.

Trial classes are subject to the following conditions:

  • Limited availability.
  • Schedule availability.
  • Appropriate age for the assigned group.
  • Prior confirmation by the Academy.

Participation in a trial class does not guarantee a place in the program if the program reaches its maximum capacity.

Participants must:

  • Arrive on time.
  • Wear appropriate sports clothing.
  • Follow the coach’s instructions at all times.
  • Disclose any injury or relevant medical condition before beginning the activity.

Crossfox Academy may deny access when it determines that circumstances exist that could compromise the safety of the participant or the group.

23. Inherent Risks of Sports Activities

The user acknowledges that all physical and sports activities involve risks inherent to their nature, even when performed under professional supervision and in accordance with safety protocols.

Such risks may include, without limitation:

  • Falls.
  • Impacts.
  • Sprains.
  • Muscle strains.
  • Fractures.
  • Joint injuries.
  • Injuries resulting from physical exertion.

Crossfox Academy has trained coaches, safety protocols, specialized equipment, and preventive measures intended to minimize these risks. However, such risks cannot be completely eliminated.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user or, where applicable, the minor’s mother, father, or legal guardian acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent in participating in disciplines such as:

  • Artistic gymnastics.
  • Acrobatics.
  • Calisthenics.
  • Functional training.
  • Other complementary activities offered by the Academy.

The user further confirms that the participant is in an appropriate state of health to engage in physical activity or, where applicable, that any relevant medical restriction has been disclosed in a timely manner.

24. Certificates, Proof of Participation, and Training Programs

Crossfox Academy may offer courses, workshops, seminars, diploma programs, and training programs intended for coaches, athletes, parents, legal guardians, and members of the general public.

Upon completion of certain programs, Crossfox Academy may issue:

  • Proof of participation.
  • A diploma
  • A certificate of recognition.
  • An internal certificate of completion or approval.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the corresponding program announcement, such documents:

  • Do not constitute an official certification issued by a government authority.
  • Do not grant a professional license.
  • Do not replace academic degrees or official certifications issued by sports federations.

The issuance of certificates or proof of participation will be subject to compliance with the requirements established for each program, which may include:

  • Minimum attendance.
  • Assessments.
  • Completion and submission of assignments.
  • Full payment of the course fee.

Crossfox Academy reserves the right to withhold the corresponding document when the participant does not meet the established requirements.
